Ray joined the PEL/VIP team in 1991 and has worked every position within the company on his way to becoming the COO. He enjoys being part of the creative process and helping to find solutions to fix the healthcare system. In 2001 Ray started a not for profit organization to help raise money for Alzheimer’s and PICK’s disease research. In its 5 years of operation, the organization, Friends of Agnes, raised over $100,000 for research. In his personal time, Ray is an avid scuba diver, loves to listen to live music and enjoys going to concerts
