- 3×12-Hour Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) – 2 positions
- 4×12-Hour Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) – 1 position
- Pay Range: $45 – $48 per hour
- Ratios: 1:2
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Floating Requirement: Yes
- Charting: Epic
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- NIHSS certification preferred
- Open to first-time travelers
- Locals accepted
- Pending license accepted
- Maximum of 7 days RTO (Requested Time Off)
Description: We are seeking dedicated and experienced ICU Nurses to join our team for a 13-week assignment. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, as well as collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients’ families on care plans and provide emotional support
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
