RRT ASSIGNMENT
Location: Zion, IL
12HR NIGHTS
Shift: 12hr nights
36 hrs per week with EOW required
Assign Dates: Start Date: 01/20/2025 13 Weeks
Summary
RRT for cancer facility. Performs all offered respiratory therapies, ventilator management, EKGs, Pulse Ox, Holter monitor, PFTs, and special procedures via Pulmonologist. Performs clerical duties such as chart data entry, input of department charges, document filing and other tasks as assigned. Operates and manages respiratory equipment and supplies to ensure safe and accurate patient care.
Requirements:
- 3 years RT experience
- Active BLS, ACLS
- RRT at time of submission
- Current IL RCP License in good standing
- Olive Green Scrubs
- On call required 1x per month and as needed based on staffing needs
- Weekends every 3/4 weeks
Skill/ Experience Requirements:
- Adult critical care
- Emergency Department
- Basic EKG
Skill/Experience Preferred:
- Ventilator Managerment
- BiPAP, Flow-by, CPAP, High frequency jet ventilator, High frequency oscillator, IMV, troubleshooting high pressure alarms, Weaning from Mechanical ventilation
